IMPACT YTH

ANNUAL DINNER & A SHOW

Dinner and a Show was created with several goals in mind:

1. To give youth a safe place to showcase their God given talents and prepare them for National Teen Talent should they wish to participate.

2. Give any Bible Quiz participators a platform for expedition matches to share all their progress and hard work.

3. Host a banquet-style meal for district-wide fellowship and silent auction for Impact Yth travel funds.


  • REGISTRATION:

Talent Registration Fee - $10 per performance

Bible Quiz Registration Fee - $10 per Bible Quizzer

WAYS TO PAY:

1. Online via tithe.ly using the 'Dinner & a Show' drop option

2. Check made payable to "CD Impact Yth Ministry' Memo - Dinner and a Show Registration

3. Cash at the door *please put in an envelope marked with enclosed amount and registrant's name.

Registration fees must be paid to ensure participation.

  • PERFORMERS: In preparation for all live performances, it is recommended to practice individually and/or with your group, while also collaborating with your church leadership - doing at least one run-through with Pastoral Leadership. For instrumental performances, please notate if you're bringing your own instruments. For non-live performances, consider bringing a stand or a suitable platform to showcase your talents effectively. You will have the option to donate your non-live performances to the Silent Auction. Any youth not actively performing will have the opportunity to serve the guests throughout the dinner and show.

  • SILENT AUCTION: Silent Auction items needed! Please contact Pastor Daniel or Ms. Heather if you'd like to sponsor a gift basket or donate items. All silent auction payments are due prior to dismissal via cash, check, or tithely.

  • GUESTS: To ensure seating availability, this will be an RSVP exclusive event. YOU MUST RSVP by texting 'RSVP' and the number of persons in your party to: (816) 200-2955. Please only 1 RSVP per party to ensure accurate numbers. Only a donation at the door to enter!

  • ARRIVAL TIMES: ALL performers are expected to arrive between 6:00-6:15PM. Parents will be asked to wait in the KC Church North Lobby until doors officially open at 6:30. Performers will be served pizza while going over final line ups and run through. Guest dinner and performances will start promptly at 7PM.
